Ordering
Orders are processed each day and will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the funds for each order have been processed and cleared. If for any reason an order or the funds are not able to be fulfilled or processed an email will be sent to the customer within 72 hours informing that person of the situation., and what needs to happen in order for the products to be shipped.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days once funds have cleared for that order. If you would like to have your product express shipped you may contact Protect Carpet Cleaning by phone or email for a shipping quote. Shipping@protectcarpetlceaning.com

International Shipping
All shipping prices that are calculated on this site are for U.S. orders only. All international orders will be given an exact shipping quote once the order is placed and we have the delivery zip code. If you would like to receive a shipping quote prior to placing an order simply emial our shipping department at: shipping@protectcarpetcleaning.com.

Guarantee & Returns
Protect Carpet Cleaning offers a 30 day unconditional money back guarantee on all orders and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price. Before an order can be accepted we must be notified via phone or email that you are returning the product. No reason for the return is required, nor will you be asked to explain your reason for the return. However, we would appreciate any feedback you are willing to give us. Once the product has been returned, your credit card will be refunded within 3 business days. You will also receive an email confirming your refund. Since 2002, we have had a total of six returns, so we are extrmely confident that you will love our products, but if for some reason you are not, we want you to be confident in our promise to your complete satisfaction.

Back Orders
Due to large orders or heavy volume of orders some products may be back logged from time to time. Protect has a large quantity of product on hand at all times and tries to avoid back orders at all costs. However, if an order cannot be processed and sent within 5-7 business days the customer will receive and email or a phone call explaining the delay and when the order is expected to be shipped.

Liability
Protect Carpet Cleaning will not accept any responsibility, losses, claims for damages, or medical claims due to misuse, neglect, mishandling or improper storage of its products. Please read all cautions and disclaimers that are provided with every order before using any of Protect Carpet Cleaning products to assure that they can be properly used on your carpets and upholstery.
