Ordering
Orders are processed each day and will be shipped within 3-5 business days once the funds for each order have been processed and cleared. If for any reason an order or the funds are not able to be fulfilled or processed an email will be sent to the customer within 72 hours informing that person of the situation., and what needs to happen in order for the products to be shipped.

Shipping
All orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days once funds have cleared for that order. If you would like to have your product express shipped you may contact Protect Carpet Cleaning by phone or email for a shipping quote. Shipping@protectcarpetlceaning.com

Guarantee & Returns
Protect Carpet Cleaning offers a 30 day money back guarantee on all orders and products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with our products you may return them for a full refund of the purchase price. For orders to be returned you must have a return authorization number which is obtained by calling or sending an email to Protect Carpet Cleaning. This code must be written on the outside of the box that is sent back to Protect or the order will be refused and sent back to the customer and no refund will be given. The customer must also provide a self addressed stamped envelope inside the box that is being returned along with the unused product. If you do not provide an SASA your refund may be delayed. Once the order has been properly received, a check made payable to the customer that originally ordered the product will be mailed out within 3-5 business days or a refund will appear on their next credit card statement. returns@protectcarpetcleaning.com

Back Orders
Due to large orders or heavy volume of orders some products may be back logged from time to time. Protect has a large quantity of product on hand at all times and tries to avoid back orders at all costs. However, if an order cannot be processed and sent within 5-7 business days the customer will receive and email or a phone call explaining the delay and when the order is expected to be shipped.

Liability
Protect Carpet Cleaning will not accept any responsibility, losses, claims for damages, or medical claims due to misuse, neglect, mishandling or improper storage of its products. Please read all cautions and disclaimers that are provided with every order before using any of Protect Carpet Cleaning products to assure that they can be properly used on your carpets and upholstery.
